What is Swastik Accident Care? |

It is a Membership to protect the members in case of any accident. This concept has been launched in co-operation
with M/s United India Insurance Company Ltd., Bangalore.

Are we totally Free/safe from accidents? |
|
Nobody wants accident to happen. But nobody is totally free/safe from accidents. During bad times unknowingly accidents will happen to us. Abnormal road traffic growth & also the mechanical life has made us more prone to accidents.

What is the fee for S A C Membership? |
|
It is Rs. 499/- p.a.. It is only Rs.1 & 37 paise per day. You will not get a cup of coffee also at Rs. 1.37 paise.

What are the facilities available for the members of SAC at the time of Accident? |
|
a) Members eligible for hospitalisation expenditures upto Rs. One Lakh for each accident in a year.
b) In case of death of a member, nominee will be paid compensation of Rs. 1,05,000/-
c) In case of Natural Death of a member nominee will get Rs 5000/- from M/s LIC of India.

May I go to Insurance company directly & get any one of the Accident Insurance Policy? |
|
There are 2 sections in Swastik Accident Care.
A) Insurance Coverage b) Service.
Any insurance company will give insurance coverage only. Giving service in case of any accidents is not their
responsibility. Members of SAC are eligible to get both the benefits.
In case of any accident member is eligible for free ambulance facility, cashless facility & also 24 hour customer care
service. Care will be taken from the time of admission till the time of discharge from the hospital.

What is meant by ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate? |
|
This is the certificate issued to the company which is maintaining international Standard in its activities. Since our company is maintaining the required Standard, it has been given ISO 9001:2000 certificate from TUV company of Germany.
Swastik is the first company to get ISO 9001:2000 certification for the maintaining the required Standard in
Insurance Services.

Is Swastik company Capable of providing better services for the members? |
|
Swastik Group has started this activities in the year 1997. At present company is having the memberships strength of more than 2 Lakhs. Claims worth of more than Rs. One Crore have been settled till now. Based on this you can trust the organisation.

What are the other benefits available for the SAC members? |

1. Ambulance facility.
2. Cashless treatment facility at SAC associated hospitals
3. SAC Members may flash their ID Card at the counter & avail 5% to 25% discount at Medical Shops, Diagnostic
Centers, Home Appliances Showrooms & other establishments which are associated with SAC. List will be provided to each member along with membership certificate

I have got insufficient amount at present.
May I take the Membership afterwards? |
|
This is wrong. Accident may not happen when you have enough money with you. Please arrange the required amount from your friends or relatives & see that you are getting the membership immediately. It is always wise to get covered before accidents happen.

Is there any facility to cover family members? |
|
Family membership facility is also available.
|

What are all the accidents covered ? |
|
Any Road/ Rail accident, snake bite, dog bite, any animal bite, fire accidents, water drown, Falling from the tree, injuries while working in the industries are covered.

How many days will be taken to re-imburse the amount, when treatment taken at
non-network hospitals ? |
|
Normally 30 days from the date of receiving all the documents.
